AMC Registration

The Kansas Appraisal Management Company Act requires all AMC’s conducting business in Kansas to register with the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board. The registration process includes submission of an AMC Registration Application and Controlling Person/Owner form, both of which are available in the Forms section of this site. 

The initial AMC registration fee is $1500 and is prorated based on the month in which the registration is approved.
